Cancellation, Reschedule, and No Show Policy:

Cancellation or reschedule of a course will be accepted without penalty by giving Commint Technical Services, Inc. written notice (fax or email) at least 10 business days prior to the scheduled start date of the course.  If a cancellation or reschedule is not requested in writing within 10 business days of the start date of the course, 100% of the course fee will be assessed.  If this occurs, the registered individual may attend the next available course at no additional cost on an available seat basis.  The registered individual may guarantee a seat in the next available course by paying an additional 50% of the original course fee.  This policy pertains only to the courses that are open to the public.  On closed courses given to a single company, organization, or individual, a separate policy is in effect.
