Texpro Group was founded (April, 1998) to provide turnaround/shutdown services utilizing the latest project management tools and qualified personnel available to the petrochemical industry. As time has progressed, the company has evolved into a parallel organization to its sister company, Commint, inc.(founded November, 1983).
